These terms and conditions apply to the CASTIEL site located at www.castiel.com.my and all associated websites linked to www.castiel.com.my by CASTIEL, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including CASTIEL’s sites around the world (collectively ‘the Site’). Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the CASTIEL Site, and constitute an agreement between you and CASTIEL. CASTIEL reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.

Product Availability and Pricing

If you’re interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on our website products and all our prices are final.

Information on our Site

At CASTIEL, we make every attempt to ensure that our online products list is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.

For diamond jewellery set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Site and electronically copy, (except where prohibited without a license) and print to hard copy portions of our Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial and personal use only. CASTIEL may provide links to Web pages and content of third parties (‘Third Party Content’) as a service to those interested in this information. CASTIEL does not monitor or have any control over any Third Party Content or third party Sites. CASTIEL does not endorse any Third Party Content and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. CASTIEL does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information contained therein, and undertakes no responsibility to update or review any Third Party Content. CASTIEL may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on our Site. Applicable Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Malaysia, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in Malaysia and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.

Modification and Notice

You agree that CASTIEL may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our Site at any time and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modification.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, CASTIEL reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Shipping and delivery

Customers have the option of collecting from the showroom or we will be able to ship directly to your doorstep. Please contact us via email castiel.inquiry@gmail.com to get more details on the shipping charges (if applicable).

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All orders will be shipped upon full payment. Our Customer Service Executive may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay

All orders are sent via GDex or DHL and can take up to 10 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your castiel.com.my order number as soon as possible.

We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

CASTIEL reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Return Policy

At CASTIEL, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We gladly accept returns under the following circumstances:

Loose Diamonds: In the rare event of loose diamonds upon receipt, we will initiate a return process.
Scratches on Wedding Bands: Should you find any scratches on your wedding band, please contact us promptly for assistance.

Return Procedure:

Kindly return the item(s) to our company for a thorough quality check.
If the issue is confirmed to be a result of our craftsmanship, we will repair the item(s) and cover all associated shipping fees.

How to Proceed:

Please notify your sales assistant about the fault within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for the return and quality check process.
